Shipping Policy

Shipping is between 3 and 4 business days via USPS.

Returns and Exchanges:

Chemical alterations or any modifications made to the product subsequent to the sale,
make all guarantees null and void. We cannot accept back any human hair that has been installed, altered, dyed or chemically treated. Any replacements are at the owners discretion.

Color is not guaranteed for virgin hair, and is not precolored to preserve quality. Varations of (1B) black, (2) dark brown or (4) medium brown can be expected on delivery. Exchanges or Refunds can not be given for color dissatisfaction.

BEFORE YOU INSTALL-Please shampoo & condition the hair,
to see if you are happy with the pattern and quality. Please call us at 818 441 3502 if you have any questions
or concerns.

All Sale/Closeout Items are Final.

Please call before returning hair to us. The hair must be returned in 15 days from
order date, in the original packaged state, in order to receive a store credit or refund for product only.
Store credits are good for 1 year.

·We are not responsible for any hair installation, hair removal or styling costs.

·If you wish to send back the merchandise for an exchange, please take the package
to a local post office or UPS office and return the package to the address shown below. Customers are
responsible for all shipping (both shipping to you and any return shipping to us) handling and insurance
for returns. If necessary, please call 818 445 3348 or Text 818 445 3348 and our representative will guide you in making
the exchange.

Please make sure you send a copy of the packing slip with the return. If you do not have it
please write your Company name, name, phone number, address and the description of the item you are
returning on a slip of paper.
